Your healing process is just as important as your appointment. Proper aftercare helps ensure the best possible results for your service.

* Clean twice daily using sterile saline solution.
* Wash hands before touching your piercing.
* Avoid twisting or rotating jewelry during healing.
* Avoid pools, hot tubs, lakes, and unnecessary touching.
* Do not remove jewelry during the healing period.
* Mild swelling, tenderness, and crusting are normal.

* Leave the bandage on for the recommended amount of time.
* Wash gently with lukewarm water and fragrance-free soap.
* Pat dry — do not rub.
* Apply a very thin layer of unscented moisturizer.
* Avoid soaking, swimming, and excessive sun exposure while healing.
* Do not pick or scratch peeling skin.
Healing typically takes 2–4 weeks.

Avoid eating for at least 1 hour after application.
Avoid hard, sticky, or crunchy foods for the first 24 hours.
Brush gently around the gem.
Do not pick at or play with the gem.
With proper care, tooth gems can last months to years.

For 24–48 hours after whitening, avoid deeply pigmented foods and drinks such as:
* Coffee
* Red wine
* Soda
* Berries
* Curry
* Tobacco products
Stick to lighter-colored foods and drink plenty of water.
Some temporary sensitivity may occur.

To support the best results:
Drink plenty of water before and after your session.
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours.
Light movement or exercise is encouraged.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle will improve and prolong results.
Results vary by individual and are typically cumulative over multiple sessions.

Keep the area clean and dry.
Avoid touching the area unnecessarily.
Do not pick, scratch, or remove scabs.
Avoid heavy sweating for the first few days.
Avoid swimming, hot tubs, saunas, and soaking the area while healing.
Avoid direct sun exposure.
Allow any scabbing to fall off naturally. Premature removal can cause scarring or interfere with pigment lifting.
